Starting from the European approach, with a special focus on how micro-credentials can enhance international cooperation in education, this session will present a model developed through multiple inter-institutional collaborations, including participation in the Una Europa Alliance. It will also explore practical approaches for identifying industry needs and using them to design targeted micro-competencies. Participants will discover how to analyse market trends and skill gaps to create micro-courses that align with these demands.
